Showing - 4/24- Billy Long- This was his client's favorite he had seen. He said he would be in touch the next day and was not. We followed up and he said his clients love the home and view but they're not ready to write an offer.

Showing - 4/26- Frank Granis- Offer submitted

Showing- 4/29- Majie Sareshik- Her clients loved the neighborhood and view but the home needed too much updating for them

Showing- 4/30- Ashley Forman- Her dad has decided he is on hold for a moment. He also feels he needs more space and a more updated property. 

Showing- 5/11- Victoria Hill (Scheduled during Open House)

Showing- 5/15- Emma Willett- Her clients thought the home and view was beautiful but they need more space

Showing- 5/18- Zac Dweck- They loved the view but felt the home was a little small. They saw 2 others in the neighborhood that didn’t have as good of a view so it is still in the running. 

Showing- 5/22- Andrea Ballesteros- the buyer really wants to be in Niguel Shores 

Showing- 5/24- Spencer Wall- facetimed his clients. May be too small and need too much updating for them.

Open House- 5/25- The open house had 5 parties through. One was a neighbor, 3 were just starting their search. They loved the view however thought they needed more room. One commented that the price per square foot may be on the high side. One couple came in with their agent and stayed for 30 minutes. They really liked it. They discussed what updates they would do. They were looking at two other houses that day. We followed up with their agent and they're in escrow on another property.

Showing- 5/30- Trent Mason- his clients loved the location and view but it was too small for them

Showing- 5/30- Lisa Cooper- Her client felt the home needed a lot of upgrades and was not interested

Showing- 5/30- Kim V- It was not a good fit for her buyer, they need something a little larger and more updated. 

Showing- 6/2- Shauna Covington - there was not enough privacy in the back yard for her clients

Showing- 6/2- Mike Cambria (scheduled) - had to cancel. Said he'd try to reschedule.

Showing- 6/8- Cathy Kaiser- she showed the home to 2 different buyers. They would both want to do extensive remodels and are concerned about the cost. We sent her your plans and some additional information. One of her buyers also felt it was too small for them.

Showing- 6/11- Daniel Pappas- His clients liked the cul-de-sac and view. They were concerned with the lack of privacy in the backyard. They wanted to see more homes. 

Showing- 6/11- Amana Horton- Her buyers like it but have a home to sell

Showing- 6/15- Eddie Yeh- his buyer likes the home however wouldn’t want to pay more than $2m for it at this time

Showing- 6/15- Chris Marchese- the buyers felt the home needs more work than they are looking to do. 

Showing- 6/19- Bryan Suarez- His buyer loved the house. She has been looking in the $1.8-1.9 range but has realized she needs to go up to get what she wants. She is currently working with her lender and they’ve asked to be notified of any offers.

Showing 6/20- Patricia Berezin- She loved the view and neighborhood, it is just too small for her. 

Showing 6/20- Ryan Keller- second showing- buyer decided the price was too high for her so cancelled the showing.

Showing 6/21- Amanda Horton- second showing- wrote offer, buyer was older and decided she didn’t want to do any remodeling

Showing- 6/27- Michelle Bakkedahl- buyer wrote offer

Showing- 7/7 Laura Shirangi- her clients liked it but decided to keep looking

Showing- 7/7 Adam Nelson- his client liked it but for the money she would have to put into it she is at $2m

Showing- 7/8/24- Andrea Ballesteros- the buyer liked the home but has a home to sell first

Showing- 7/10- Phil Shinners- his buyer liked it and is thinking about it. We will continue to follow up.

Showing- 7/12- Kerry Goodfield- her clients are from Scottsdale looking for a second home. They are interested in joining the MB Beach Club. We got them the membership info and they wanted this weekend to think it over. They are also considering Niguel Shores.

Showing 7/16- Parvaneh Golafshan- Her clients loved the neighborhood but the size and floor plan did not work for them.

Showing 7/22- JJ Ballesteros-he showed it to 2 buyers. Both are interested. One is bringing their designed back 7/23 for a second showing. 

Showing 7/22- Bryan Suarez- buyers wrote offer for $2m
